Let me teach you how to make a client favorite,
the lavender martini.
We’re gonna start with one ounce and a half of vodka
and about three quarters of an ounce of sangerine.
Now we’re moving on to the lavender syrup that I actually made myself.
About half an ounce or three quarters,
depending on how sweet they like it,
and half a lemon. We get a martini glass,
previously chilled, ready in front of us.
We add ice, and we shake.
Now we pour.
And look at how beautiful the color of this lavender martini is.
Now we finish by garnishing with a lemon wheel and a lavender sprig.
This is one of my most favorite drinks that we have in our menu
because it is floral but also citrusy without being too sweet.
Martini. And it can also be served on the rocks.
If you don’t like the martini version,
let me know if you give it a try and how you end up liking it.
