Celebrity Style Callout: Elevating Brock Purdy’s Wardrobe with a Stylish Touch

Hey, Kings,
I’m starting a new series
where I call out celebrities that I would personally love to style.
And I’m gonna show them exactly how I would style them
if I was their stylist. And who knows,
maybe it’ll catch their attention.
First up, we have Brock Purdy.
Brock Purdy is the quarterback for the San Francisco Forty Niners.
He went from being Mr. Irrelevant
to being the starting quarterback and making it to a Super Bowl.
High profile athletes like Brock are seen all the time,
whether it’s walking into their games,
press releases, events.
So it’s important to represent yourself well
with the outfits that you wear.
Now let’s take a look at Brock’s current style,
and I’m gonna tell you what I would adjust and change.
I found these two photos on the internet.
This is gonna be outfit No. 1 and outfit number two.
Rock has a very simple style.
He’s not gonna wear something super crazy, unique,
quirky, and he definitely doesn’t have to.
That doesn’t seem like his personality or who he is as a person.
I wanna honor his current simplistic style,
but just tweak it a little bit.
Starting with brands, I would stick to very simplistic,
cool guy style. I would put him in clothes from Buck Mason,
Todd Snyder, October,
and Alex Mill. Let’s start with the pants.
For this outfit, I believe that these pants are too tight.
I want to see him in something a little bit More straight leg
to kind of balance out the proportions of his body.
I would go with these khaki pants from Buck Mason.
This is the fit of them. It’s a vintage style straight fit pant.
It’s really gonna create that nice line,
and it’s gonna come to the perfect part of his shoe
so it’s not bunching. We don’t want it to bunch too much at the bottom.
Again, with the pants just being a little bit too tight,
I would put them in the 5 50s relaxed fit jeans from Levi’s.
You cannot go wrong with a Levi Jean.
And here’s what they look like on the ghost image.
Moving into the tops. He really likes that jacket over the T-shirt look,
which I think can look really nice.
Just depends on the fit one
and the quality of the jacket and the shirt.
I would definitely honor the jacket and T-shirt outfit,
but would also like to see him in some cool button downs and polos.
When it comes to the top in this outfit,
I like the button down look,
but I’m not big on the flannel.
I’m also not big on the maroon.
I’m gonna change it out for this brown Oxford shirt from Todd Ceder.
This is what it looks like on the body.
It lays absolutely beautifully and pairs really well with the khaki.
For the top on this one,
we’re gonna keep that same suede jacket over the T-shirt vibe.
We’re just Going to elevate it a little bit,
I would go with this white heavy duty tea from cost.
It’s that perfect boxy heavyweight fit.
And I feel like the color of this jacket
is a little bit too close to his skin color,
so it’s washing him out a little bit.
So I’m gonna go for this gorgeous suede jacket from Buck Mason.
Choose for this outfit.
I’m not a fan of the corking at the bottom of the sneaker,
but he’s clearly a sneaker guy,
so we’re gonna stick with that.
I’m gonna go for these white Axel Arogos.
This is what they look like on super Cool sneaker.
These look like workout shoes to me,
which is a big no no when wearing jeans.
I’m gonna go for these Reebok Club C’s with the navy detailing
to add a little bit of color.
And now for the fun part. Let’s accessorize.
He’s not wearing any accessories in any of the photos that I’ve seen,
so he’s definitely not a guy that’s gonna Wanna wear
10 rings on his finger.
I’m gonna go for a simple skinny gold chain necklace from David Yurman
and the matching bracelet.
I’m picking high quality pieces for these accessories
because it seems like
you’re not the type of guy to have a ton of different fashion jewelry.
One good quality chain and one good quality bracelet.
I’m putting him in that brown Todd Sander button down.
So I want to wear a brown Sunglass to match.
Adding the tortoise shell in
to just add a little bit of texture and something different.
This is what they look like on.
Now, for this outfit,
he’s wearing a watch, but it looks like an athletic watch to me,
and I don’t like athletic watches.
Unless you’re working out,
let’s get you a nice watch.
Or if you already have one,
throw it on.
Pairing this with a simple silver chain necklace from David Yurman
as well. Now,
the Reebok that he’s wearing have a little bit of navy in them,
so I’m gonna go for a navy sunglass
to kind of tie that navy into the outfit.
Alright, now time for the big reveal.
This is what we started with,
and this is what it looks like now.
For this outfit. This is what we started with,
and this is what it looks like now.
I think this series is so fun.
Let me know if you guys have any celebrities
that you’d love to see me style.
And Brock Purdy, if you haven’t been watching this,
I’m always taking clients. Bye.
