Navigating Social Anxiety: Tips for Confident Communication

Quick question, you guys.
So,
um, please tell me I’m not the only one who gets either anxious, scared,
overthinking,
stuttering,
mumbling,
giving to out too much informations,
just talking to people, or even at least a cashier.
The introvert anxious side of me.
I’m scared to talk to people.
But that doesn’t make sense, right?
Because I’m a streamer at the same time.
So if you guys have the same issue like I do,
can you please give me some tips on how to converse
or how to be better at talking or interviewing
or answering in meetings or feel more confident? I guess.
