Effortless and Delicious: Three Pasta Dinners for Meal Prep

Let’s meal prep three pasta dinners.
All you have to do is take them out of the freezer,
dump it into a big Potter pan,
let it heat for 15 ish minutes in your golden.
Let’s do this one. We’re gonna have to prep just a little bit.
Starting off with freezing your sauces.
Favorite way to do this is the silicone pans.
These are the mini baking muffins,
regular muffin thing with silicone things in there.
I threw these in about four hours ago and they’re perfect.
Prepping your noodles.
You’re gonna cook whatever type of noodles you like with these recipes.
Drain them, let them cool,
make sure you rinse them with cold water,
mix them up super well so that they don’t stick together.
Starting off with spaghetti and meatballs.
Add your noodles.
Italian style meatballs.
Then add your frozen marinara.
Get all the air out and set it aside.
Chicken, Alfredo.
Add your noodles. Precooked chicken.
Add your Alfredo sauce and set aside.
Basil, pesto, shrimp.
Add your noodles.
Raw shrimp, peeled,
and the tail is off. If you don’t like seafood,
you can totally do chicken. Add your pesto,
seal and set aside.
Now you have three mindless dinners
where all you literally have to do is pull these out of the freezer,
take a big pot or pan, dump them,
let the sauce work its magic,
mix it around.
The only thing you need to much out for is if your shrimp is cooked
On this one. Let me know if you like these.
Love you. Bye.
