This might seem small, but a really simple
but effective hack using Canva is creating depth on your graphics.
So I’m gonna show you how to create this shadow effect,
and it’s really simple. Come with me.
What I’m gonna do first is
I’m gonna search drop shadow in the element section
on the left hand panel.
And then I’m going to press this shadow right here,
but I’m gonna light it up with the.
The blue square right here.
And then right now it’s directly in front of him.
But what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna press position,
and then I’m gonna press backwards just one time.
And now, like,
there’s dimension between the blue box and the background.
And then I think I’m gonna just add a little bit more shadow to it.
So I’m gonna duplicate it and do the same exact thing.
And now I have two shadows,
but it looks like one. It’s just more intense.
And this is how you can create depth in your marketing graphics.
And sometimes it’s just those little things that make a big difference.
