Sassy Creole Cheesesteaks: A Flavorful Family Favorite with Joe V’s

I partnered up with Joe V’s
to show you how I made these Creole cheesesteaks
that’ll make the family say
sassy bomb. This week,
I picked up a bag of drumsticks,
andouille sausage, green bell peppers,
red bell peppers, onions,
provolone cheese, King’s Hawaiian Rolls,
and Tony Chachere’s spices and herbs.
Now let’s get cooking. First,
boil your clean drumsticks in chicken broth or well seasoned water.
Once done, debone and shred.
Next, you’re gonna grab your sausage,
remove from the casing, and then you’re gonna cook it down.
And make sure you cook down until you get those pieces nice and small.
Next, you’re gonna go ahead and add your chicken,
bell peppers and onions.
And then you’re gonna season with that Tony chachere spices and herbs.
Cook until those veggies are soft.
And then you’re gonna grab your Kings Hawaiian rolls
and add your provolone meat and bell pepper.
Mix another layer of provolone,
and then the roll top.
Now butter your buns and add to your oven on 3 50.
Now, baby,
when it comes to these cheesesteaks,
not only do they taste good,
but they won’t break the bank. And cheers.
