Vegetarian Bean Burger with Emmer Rice & Pickled Beans: A Delicious Plant-Based Recipe

Hey fam, this is for all the vegetarians.
In a bowl, combine cooked emmer rice,
pickled beans, spring onion,
bread crumbs, coriander, paprika,
egg, and then a little bit of soy sauce.
Mix that together,
then use a potato masher to mash the beans and all other ingredients.
It should look a little something like this.
Rub your hands with oil.
Then we’re gonna shape our beans into a burger Patty.
Just look at that. Heat oil in a pan.
Then we’re gonna cook our burger patties.
Make sure they’re nice and brown on both sides.
For the sauce, some Mayo,
gherkin soy sauce, and we mix that through toasted burger rolls.
We put our sauce, some rocket,
our burger patties, tomatoes and some onions.
Drizzle more sauce and then top it up with the top of the burger. Imbo.
