Here’s how to make a last minute rustic seeded sourdough loaf.
First, you want to create your seed mixture.
I just use whatever seeds are in my pantry.
I have pumpkin seeds, flax,
sunflower seed. Literally,
it could be anything. And go ahead and shape your loaf just as normal
without using any flour.
This is gonna help make the seeds stick to your dough.
And if the seeds are not sticking,
you can just spray your loaf lightly with water,
and that’ll help them bake as normal.
