Sautéed Mushroom Omelette with a Touch of Butter: A Culinary Experience

A little spice with those mushrooms,

before those mushrooms come out.

so we got that nice sauté flavour.

Work it just a little bit liquid in the center.
And look,
let that start to melt. Take the chill
that just lifts the bottom of the omelette.
And I want you to literally let the pan do the work.

Cheese is just starting to melt.
Tilt the pan as it goes down.
Let it roll around.
