tried to cancel that chair the other day
it did not cancel because it had already shipped
so I immediately when it showed up
I started processing the return
they said to take it to a UPS store
I they give me a code on my phone
all I did was they scanned it
I was in there for less than two minutes
it is returned money back
it’s so easy
