it’s just marketing for them
but here’s the kicker some discounts are as massive as 100,000
or even two hundred thousand dollars
but why are they able to do so
won’t they lose money so imagine this

and over time our prices have climbed up to keep up with the market conditions

that’s how a developer can give you a 10% discount
sell it to you at $1.08 million and still be able to earn and profit from there

so here’s my advice buy as early as you can to secure the early bird price
