Let’s make pulled pork. Now
let’s get started. Your base is gonna be mustard.
And make sure that you get it all over the meat,
including the middle section,
just like this. Now for the spices,
you’re gonna need Jenny’s favorite seasoning.
Black pepper, garlic,
Chile, California Molido,
and granulated onion. And brown sugar added 3 tablespoons. And you mix.
Smells so good already. Now,
we’re gonna start by seasoning the fat side first.
And we’re gonna spread it all over.
And don’t rub, just pat.
And this is why we pat down,
because when you rub, you’re literally rubbing it away.
And this way it all stays put together. And we flip.
You’re gonna need beer. And a whole bottle of beer
because we’re Mexican.
you already know there’s always an inside and an outside of everything.
So we’re gonna be using the inside to cover the meat.
