I was like
this is good this felt good from the moment we’ve written it
this felt good every time I’ve sang it
which is a really nice place to be where you just believe in what you’re saying
and it might not be the best
quote unquote thing you’ve ever written
but like I stand behind it
I believe it I feel it
I don’t question it
that’s kind of been our ethos for the album is if something feels good we do it
