I’m a C section scar massage specialist,
but I’m also a mom to 2 boys,
both born by C section, and this is horrible and really,
really uncomfortable. Post birth,
I did work out a fantastic way of getting the gas out,
so I’m gonna show you now.
Place one hand on top of the other,
well above your C section scar,
and apply a bit of pressure.
As you do this, bend forward
and you should feel your pelvis opening up.
Keep the pressure on your tummy,
and out that gas should come.
Not the most glamorous position,
but if it works, who cares?
