Episode 5 of my halloumi series
we got a sweet, lemony halloumi inside a sandwich with basil Mayo.
The Mayo couldn’t be easier to make.
You just mix some mayonnaise with some fresh basil leaves,
Fry your halloumi until golden,
add some honey to the pan and some lemon zest and lemon juice
and give it all a serve in between
your bread of choice with the basil Mayo and dig in.
