The Burden of Financial Responsibility: Why Gen Z is Forced to Embrace Budgeting

This study finds that Gen Z is most likely to create a budget.
And the reason is very simple,
because they have no choice,
because economically, they’re really set back.
Tuition costs, student loans,
costs of a car, cost of rent,
even a house. Everything is just so extreme
now that Gen z’s are forced to really budget.
It’s not like Gen z’s making hundreds of thousands a year.
And there’s not as much pressure to budget when you’re making less.
When you have higher expenses,
you have to really scrutinize how you spend.
