For the Champions League, for example,
instead of you, as usual,
to play against three teams in a group of four over two legs each,
this time you’re gonna be playing a.
A league phase instead of a group phase.
Now you have a league phase of eight teams in a group.
Four matches at home, four matches away.
Interesting, right?
You may not be able to play
in this league phase against a team from your country,
but you will possibly play against two teams from the same country.
All these will be implemented in the Champions League draws
that will take place at the Grimaldi Forum
in Monte Carlo, Monaco,
on the 28th and the 29th to the 30th of August.
And a new era is just about to begin
as far as the Champions League is concerned.
