Delicious Dinner Discovery: Mini Meatloaves and Roasted Vegetables Recipe from Aldi

Tonight’s dinner was actually one that I came across on my for you
page about a week ago, and I do not regret making this one bit.
This will definitely be added to my dinner rotation.
Um, so everything you see,
I did purchase at Aldi, besides the stuffing,
mix and seasoning, because I already had them at home.
So you’re gonna get some fresh cut green beans,
some gold potatoes. Season those however you’d like.
I’m using Dan O’s cheesing,
avocado oil, salt,
pepper, and minced garlic.
Lay those out on a baking sheet,
and then you’re gonna be making mini meatloaves.
So you need a pound of ground beef,
a box of stuffing, half a cup of ketchup,
half a cup of water, two eggs,
and then whatever seasonings you’d like.
You’re gonna make them into little patties.
I topped mine with barbecue sauce before cooking,
and then you just cook them at 3:50 for about 20 to 30 minutes,
basically until they’re done and. Oh,
my goodness, this was so good. Oh!
