Kill Knight: A Tense and Visceral Twin Stick Shooter Experience

How would you describe Kill Knight?
Tense and visceral twin stick shooter.
The way we like to talk about the game is
it’s a game that assaults all your senses
and misleads you at the same time.
Ha ha ha. I love that.
Ha ha ha. Is that endless mode?
There’s no endless mode. Every level can be completed.
Okay. And does have an end.
Yeah. And there’s 5 levels.
And what would you say would be the success rate of people’s first run?
Very
low. It is,
it is meant to be a challenging game.
Yeah. We do try to eat people into it,
but it’s a game that you’re meant to, uh,
get better at and learn through playing.
So you can beat the game just by walking around and shooting,
but you will have a much easier time and a better time at it.
Uh, where as we start to understand more of the mechanics.
Yeah, mechanics.
Yeah, for sure.
I just had a crack at Kill Knight,
which is a top down isometric twin stick shooter and it is brutal.
I consider myself a pretty good gamer
and then I had to go with it and pretty much immediately died.
And then they told me it was on easy mode.
Oh, I died.
Ha ha ha. Amazing start. Perfect.
