Unlocking the Exciting New Features of iOS 18: Dark Mode, Customization, Hidden Apps, Password Manager, Gaming Mode, and More!

iOS 18 is just around the corner
so here are the new features you need to know
your home screen is now getting a dark mode
and on top of that
you can customize it further by picking a colour to display on all of your apps
if you have a risky app you can now lock the apps
that people need a specific passcode to get into that app
or if you don’t want people seeing it
you can hide the app into a hidden folder
so that people don’t even know it’s on your phone
you can also now leave spaces in your apps
so that you can see your wallpaper more clearly
or if they’re hard to reach spaces on your phone screen
you can leave those spaces or any apps
Control Centre is also becoming extremely customizable
with multiple pages and the ability to resize various widgets
you can also swap out these lock screen controls to be whatever you want
if you save your passwords through apple
then I have great news for you
because Apple’s adding a password app
as opposed to meaning to dig through your settings to find your passwords
as well as adding the app on Windows and across all all apple devices
Apple’s adding a gaming mode which cuts down on background activity
allowing your phone’s full processing power to be focused on optimising that
game Apple Maps is adding thousands of new trails onto the app
and the ability to download those trails and the tropic optical map of the area
approving the Apple Maps is the far superior directions app
but that’s my opinion make sure to follow to see if you did
