Day 8, part 2 of me working for myself.
You came from part 1. You know,
we had a mental breakdown today.
I cannot believe I videoed it, either.
I feel like it’s now my duty to share the bad days
just as much as I share the good days.
We turn this day around. And let me tell you exactly what we did.
Put on my workout clothes in my entire apartment.
Put my laundry in. Took myself on a long sunset bike ride,
which always calms my nerves.
I ended the night at Erawan.
This hot plate. Literally.
We hit so hard. And don’t get me wrong,
some days I stay in bed all day
and I rest. Today,
this is what my body needed.

and really listen in on what your body and mind needs
