Beauty Finds for Accessibility: A Disabled Beauty Enthusiast’s Review

let’s get into some accessible beauty finds
that I’ve been loving recently
if you’re new here hi
my name is Ashton I’m disabled
I love all things beauty
and I love to share them with you
as I am disabled everything I share here
my thoughts my experiences
will be through the lens of accessibility
start first with the body wash from Necessaire
Love this stuff it smells so good
this is the eucalyptus version
they do have a fragrance free version
which I think is important to talk about
when it comes to accessibility as well
a lot of their products are fragrance free
I love this brand as a whole
this product uh
the packaging is kind of almost matte
it’s a matte plastic finish
which I think is really helpful for gripping in the shower
and then if you look here at the top
you just twist and product comes out so easily
next up is the Beekman Bloom Cream
Super basic moisturizer also fragrance free
and I learned from my friend Kaylee this sweet little tip
sometimes pulling things takes too much force
so you can push
now depending on your needs
you could probably use this product
with either one hand or two
for the sake of this demonstration
I’m gonna show you with two
you just gently push up and the cream comes out the top just like that
this serum packaging from Drunk Elephant is chef’s kiss
love that it is actually in
like a rectangular kind of shape
but easier to grip than something that’s circular
travels perfectly because easy open
easy close I love this cleanser
1 because it can take my makeup off in one go
two because I think this packaging is genius
very similar to the Necessaire
so it’s that same twisting
but did you hear that?
let me stop yapping so you actually can
and then the product easily comes pouring out
last but not least we know her
we love her
this is the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
we know Rare Beauty has made it a point to make their packaging more accessible
I like that this is kind of a matte finish
love that it has this little doodad on the top
put between your fingers
you can grip depending on what your need is and what’s easiest for you
I also love the doe foot applicator
let’s be honest
that’s it for today
but let me know
if there’s some other accessible products that you guys want me to try
drop them in the comments below love you
