I feel like this is one of those recipes that I should gate keep
but you know what I’m not gonna do that to you
I’m making a bit of a riff on the traditional tortellini filling
and honestly I hate the word traditional
because traditions change
and what you do every day could be different than what I do every day
and that doesn’t make either one of us any less traditional
