Optimizing Your Shot: Tips for Improved Shooting Form and Technique

A tip on the shot, um,
specifically for my shot, how my butt is down,
but I’m a little more vertical. Right.
So I know it’s gonna be lefty,
but it’ll still be able to be shown
the thing from here. I’m not here, right.
I’m. I’m more back in my hips.
Right. But still on the balls of my feet. So,
um, my glutes are firing.
The ball can go up instead of out and up,
because if I’m up like this,
the ball has to go there. But if I’m back a little more,
it kind of floats.
It’s easier for me to shoot a tall ball,
so I can replicate that feeling,
because it allows me to shoot higher and shoot taller,
and because when I go out like this,
it’s harder to shoot it up.
So if. If a ball is coming up a little bit more,
you’ve got more bend in your elbow to keep shooting up
and just keep that fluid motion up.
