Cute and Easy DIY High Chair Banner with a Cow Theme

I’m making a high chair banner
I started by cutting out all of the little pennant flag shapes
and I used a template to make sure that they were all the same size
I cut out three in a plain white fabric
three infusible interfacing
and three with seam allowance in my blue check fabric
I say seam allowance but there will be no sewing
just a little bit of ironing
which makes this super duper easy
I laid the blue fabric right side down
and then I centered the fusible interfacing and iron that into place
peeling off the backing and then I ironed on my plain white fabric
I folded in all of the raw edges of the blue fabric and I ironed them down
using this will make the banner a little bit less floppy
so it’ll actually hold its shape and look nice and crisp
and I also folded down the top of the pendant
so that there would be a little slot for it to string onto some ribbon
use my Cricut to cut out the letter spelling one
but instead of the letter “o”
I decided to do a cute little cow face to fit her party theme
to finish up the banner
I cut out a bunch of colorful ribbon about a foot and a half long
and I tied them onto a longer piece of ribbon
that I could secure to her high chair
this was such a simple little project that I think it turned out adorable
she’s gonna look so cute eating cake in her fancy little decorated high chair
