Title: Analysis and Insights from Brighton’s Victory Over United

Five things we learn
as Brighton beat United 2 1 to win back to back games in the PO
and for United to lose to yet another mid table club.
Sorry, it’s a little bit enjoyable
but I’m gonna analyze it honestly.
First things first Joao Pedro.
That last minute dagger was sweet.
What a hate watch that was.
But honestly the he was the man of the match today
and I think he actually did get it officially.
I’ve just seen on the TV. I’m saying I think I literally just saw it,
but he deserves it. He played well well today,
was nice in between the lines
and obviously
had the composure to put away that last minute finish up.
To be fair the finish was was pretty easy
because the cost the cross from a dinga. Beautiful.
Brighton did play some nice stuff today,
but United did play as well
and I thought they were actually gonna take the game away
in that second half. They had a period where they were popping
but ten hag the subs. Subbing on Anthony Mctominay.
This sub that you do with the lit 20 30 minutes to go.
I don’t get it either.
Bring him on at halftime if you want him to jail into things.
But why bring him on? Why bring a centre half like,
you know, well into the game like that?
I just don’t get it. Anthony was actually,
you know, kind of partially at fault. For.
For Brighton’s second goal,
I felt like he could have gone harder in for the tackle.
And the subs just didn’t add anything.
10 hard, man,
those subs, honestly,
I felt like it just killed united’s momentum.
Thirdly,
United could have still taken that game away despite those subs
because. Aye,
aye, aye.
That goal that Gonzales scored that came off Zirkzee is so unlucky.
I’ve. I’ve seen a lot of people getting onto Zirkzee as well, though. One.
The thing that I actually want to point out in this point is it’s.
It’s not his. It’s not his fault at all.
Like, it hit him as he slid in.
There wasn’t anything he could do about it.
It’s just. It’s just really unlucky,
to be honest. Fourthly, uh,
Danny Welbeck, uh,
he’s a bit of a. He’s a bit of a.
Streets won’t forget. Absolute little legend,
I’m not gonna lie. Ah,
because that, I think,
was his 100th goal. The guy’s just been cooking for ages, man.
34 years of age, I think he is now.
Man United, Arsenal,
and now this. Arkane. Brian,
I’m loving it, man.
Good goal from him today. And,
you know, scored against his ex club.
Put his name on the map.
This thing about scoring against X clubs as well,
it’s just mad. Uh,
and last but not least, Minter, uh.
Jesus Christ, your final action is honestly all over the place,
I think. Listen,
there is a player there, but He needs a lot of work.
He was so frustrating to watch today.
But Brighton, they take away the points.
Uh, they did their thing.
Six out of six for them. And United lose again.
He, he, he.
