soft and low sodium
meal for my
partner’s elderly mom
in about five minutes
I start by combining
marinara sauce
bone broth
frozen peas
and chickpeas
I let that
heat up and soften
I cooked a
high fiber high protein
pasta earlier this week
so I add that
and then some
rotisserie chicken chopped
up super small
and then I just
pour the soup
over top of that
and I finished it off
with a sprinkle
of cheese
