is that you can choose almost any type of fish that you like
so I usually use walleye because we fish for that
and any excess walleye that we have
I store in our freezer so you can either use fresh or frozen
you can also use freshwater fish or saltwater fish
and then another great thing is you can use the
the uncooked fish or if you had leftover fish from the night before
you can use cooked fish in this restaurant
