Starting with some more squats.
Keep your spine neutral, Tuck your chin and look down.
Then we’re moving to ideals.
Imagine there is a wall behind you
that you’re trying to reach with your glutes.
Then single leg ideals.
Your glutes and hamstrings should be on fire by now.
Then we’re moving to hip thrust.
Do not arch your lower back if you don’t want to have an injury.
And lastly, we’re moving to single leg hip thrust,
which is an absolute glute killer.
