There’s extra buzz around the battle at the beach
to kick off the New Jersey high school football season this year,
and the Ocean City Red Raiders feel it.
It’s a cool event, man.
I mean, we’re.
We’re gonna be playing right before the Bergen Catholic IMG game, uh,
which is going to be on ESPN,
and it should be a massive crowd here.
It’s a great vibe. People love coming to IMG
said they’d only come up to New Jersey if they could play here
because they like the vibe so much.
So that that’s a special thing for us.
Oh, yeah,
it’s gonna be crazy.
And then it’s gonna be probably thousands of people here watching.
I mean, just cause they’re here for IMG
doesn’t mean they’re not gonna watch our game, too.
So cool. Put on a good show.
Ocean City takes on Cinnaminson to begin the 2,024 campaign.
OC won its opener a year ago,
but faced one of the tougher schedules in South Jersey
and finished the year with a record of 3 and 7.
Last year. Obviously won our first game
and it’s. Our season didn’t turn out how we thought it was going to,
but overall, same mindset every year.
You start strong and hopefully end strong.
