Exploring Men’s Hair Trends: From Waves to Braids, Fades to French Braids

I’ve ever heard some black men. Oh, easy. Okay. Listen, cut with the deep wave. You gotta have the fame. Go with the low. Cut with the waves. Taper on the side, cut down, got like 1.5. Okay, like no light, 2, no one. And then I got like a slight fade in the back. I love a little lock. I do. But give me the lock or the dress. Excuse me. But I know there’s a different skin tool, but either one. Yes.

Break my head. Come on and breathe my head to make me feel alright and take away the stress and drama in my life.

I feel like I’m always rapping class, existing in class, cuz y’all like it. Yeah, that’ll do. Listen, it’s a lot of great looks on the brothers.

A lot of great looks that we don’t really financed and like perfected all my life. I don’t rock the throw before. That was like high school moms wasn’t playing with us though back in the day. She had three sons, so she kept this with the ball faith for a minute. We were.

I had waves by the time I was like l 5th grade, middle school. I was keeping it on point all throughout that time. Yeah, I had, high school is when I grew my throw out. And I did. I cut it off like sophomore year, went back to the waves.

Then at some point I was going through some phase where like through high school all the way when I was getting grown, I was letting my hair grow like my dad’s. He has like this curl look. So if you see in my hair right now, it’s like is random curls all over the place. Look kinda nice, right? Look kinda, but it’s not like crazy girls.

It’s just like small curls from here to there, you know, I gotta get, I have a great grade for my dad, but everybody got some defects. So like on both sides, we got that. I’m about to really do myself in that hairline thing. A lot of men have that problem. A lot of men. As you get older, even when you’re younger, I ain’t got no LP show, nothing like that.

It’s just, you know, it always start with the edge. That’s why you gotta tip your barbers. So let me give a special shout out to my favorite a barbershop, brown clear waterfloor and Largo float. If we been straight up catch and fades. Catching fades the spot, Largo floor to go see him, go get laced up, show him some love and tell him I sent you.

Catch and phase man on my bro name all my. Oh, Jesus in the building. Shout out to my dog Ransom. Gotta tell him that he’d been my barber since we was working at the hospital.

Linked me up, got on point, wouldn’t see what it was like. And I hadn’t Barbara me so a long time. He was Barbara me since the pandemic. Pull up to the house mobile way. Now we really locked in.

He cut everybody in my house, all my family, even my mom, dukes. It’s like that family. But yeah, we don’t perfected a lot of looks, you know, dudes rocking the French braids nowadays. That’s become more of a fashion, you know, getting the dreads in, whether short or long, you know, they doing crazy styles. Everybody love the King Von look, getting the dye in the, you know, blonde dye with the regular black.

You know, it’s a lot of looks, the kawai, Leonard cornrows, people keeping that going on, you know, is in the lady’s life. It just depends on what style looks good on you. You got a rocket, right? Me? I know.

Yeah, I, like I said, I didn’t went through the whole fro phase for like the long hair look. I’ll do for a while. I even had a flat tab. You’ll see my flat top on it. Oh, TikTok. That’s what that was around the top.

Yeah, I grew my flat top right on TikTok, but that’s when I start rocking my hair like that. So that’s another phase that a flat top look like back in the day in the 90s. But yeah, I don’t want to do some phases, but we got a lot of looks now. Keep sure peep shorted the second slide though. She must either went to Barbara school that got a barber boyfriend and dated some.

But she, cuz she did the increments. Like how do you know, fade here, one and a half to it, barber school. What’s going on? You, you know, a little bit too much. Too many intricate skills and parts and it. Yeah, come on now, baby. Come on. That was.

Wow, though. Let you pay me up when it. Now I can’t let you fame you, but yeah, ain’t nothing like a cut. Is that there, is there between the men are, you know, us is men souls, they’re between soul man. When you down and out looking rough during the week, if you ain’t got nothing else to do, you ain’t got money to do nothing else.

Put gas, you call, pay, keep, pay you bills, pay your mortgage, do all that important stuff. But today, nothing else to do. You like, man, the money really drained out. I got at least some money for a cut. I want to eat, at least look good when I’m going home shaped up. I might go out and fake like I got it cuz I’m looking trim enough, you know.

But if anything, a fresh cut, it’ll bring you back. The good spirits, man, isn’t. It’s been like that for me, you know, I got a beer nowadays, so I could be looking like rough and like a caveman if I really don’t wash and condition and get it trim from time to say. I don’t see me wear like a, go back to some videos and see my beer, this big bike. So I had, you know, I’m slim, trimmed it down a couple of times.

But once you do that, girl right back and it goes even longer, you know, I don’t shave my whole face off and restarted. It’s like that. But y’all don’t know what a cut does for us, man.

And I’m glad y’all like them different styles on us. I’m glad brothers be happy. They love smiles. It don’t matter if you got long hair, shorter, you could have a ball. Hey, and it still get played. May tip your barbs tip. Oh, snap. I don’t turn it around.

Your bottles. It’s important. I know cuts that went from like 12 to almost 20,35 now. Plus tip tippy bombs, tip people, this is important. Feel like a whole new may things that blame.
