This place serves amazing brunch all day.
You may have seen them in the Ludlow area,
but they have since relocated to Avenue B,
and you need to check this place out.
This is pig and butter in the East Village,
a cozy bar and restaurant that serves amazing food and cocktails.
They feature the classic mimosa lychee or pear.
They also serve one of the smoothest espresso martinis that I ever had.
I love the customer service and how fast we received our food.
I love these double eggs made with capers,
sweet smoky paprika, truffle oil,
and dill. And their pig and butter bacon didn’t disappoint either.
Now, this is called their conductor,
a egg and fried chicken sandwich
between two cornbread pancakes with candy bacon.
And since we’re on pancakes,
these are the truffle honey pancake top with Dallas of coquito
whipped cream, truffle honey,
and buttery maple syrup. And one of my favorite dishes on the menu
are their fried chicken and waffles.
A very thin,
sweet waffle is topped with the tender yet crunchy fried chicken.
Combined with the buttery maple syrup,
it is perfection. And lastly,
this Korean short ribs of beef and grits
that comes with a runny fried egg.
It’s just bursting with flavor.
It has chip, chipotle crema and gochujang aioli mixed in.
It brings together different textures and flavor profiles
to offer you something unique and delicious.
Bookmark this place. I’m definitely coming back for the dinner menu.
