These are currants,
and I planted them a few years ago
because Krishna went crazy for currants
when she’s almond and cheese plate in Central PA.
Once and then. Or can anyway.
And then she was ordering them with wild the bed
and just like cups and cups of this stuff.
And so I planted them. And now,
of course, she couldn’t care less,
but I like them and they’re blooming.
Aren’t they pretty? They’re nice and tart.
What should I do with them besides make jelly?
