Bold and Inventive: A Culinary Journey with Build-Your-Own Mac and Cheese Bowls

Does this customer deserve to continue living on?
So typically
we just make Mac and cheese and build your own versions of it,
but every day we get people coming in here
saying that their build your own is better than everyone else’s
and that it should probably go on the menu.
Well, news flash, narcissist.
Your chicken and bread crumbs bowl is the same thing I made
for the last 10 people. But every once in a while,
we get someone that takes a walk on the wild side
and try something a little bit different.
And those are the bowls that I think are menu worthy
to give people ideas. Let me know if this is worth it.
She skipped the meat completely on this,
so this might only be for vegetarian,
but she loaded the crap out of it with veggies.
We’ve got corn, onions,
jalapeno. She even added some fruit in there with the tomatoes.
But the best part is the drizzle at the end.
We threw in some mixed mozzarella and cheddar so it can bake,
but the drizzles were the most interesting part.
Garlic Parmesan mixed with buffalo.
So it might end up living on on the menu, but I do need to ask.
