I know the feeling of not wanting to eat the day of your event
so at least at the very minimum
hydrate and then get your protein in
so I like to use Vital Proteins

it’s filling it gives you hydration

it’s full protein and it’s got carbohydrates
carbohydrates are so important
that is what your body is gonna be burning
you know that’s your fuel
so I totally agree at very least
and look it’s chocolate flavor
who doesn’t like chocolate

I just put it in my little protein bottle shaker
and then we’re good to go
and as coaches another thing is we need to make sure that we fuel
that’s my biggest mistake
