Then you want to use your heat press as your oven.
You wanna set the temperature at 395 degrees,
and you wanna bake for 200 seconds,
which is 3 minutes. And now you got your D T F.
Ready to apply. You wanna take your shirt to lay it on your heat press,
and you gonna bake the shirt for 295 degrees for 20 seconds.
And use a Teflon sheet. That way you do not damage your garment.
Make sure you always put your transfer sheet from the corners.
With my D T F. Sheet,
you would never have trouble peeling.
And this is a major secret that all name brands do.
They rip off the neck tag label and use their own neck tag label.
It’s plenty of ways to do it,
but I find that DTF neck tag Labels are very much easier.
Get you a mini press.
Once you hit it with your Teflon sheet and press it for 10 seconds.

sheet lasts over 50+ washes before you see any type of damage or fade.
Now it’s time for packaging and branding.
You wanna get you a chipboard to make sure your folds are even
and your packaging is neat.
You want your customer quality and experience to be the best.
Make sure you get you some hangtag labels
and you wanna insert that with a hangtag gun.
Make sure you get that as well.
You wanna make sure you put it inside the seams of the arm sleeve.
That way it seamlessly out the way.
Now you just went from selling a shirt to selling a brand.
Once you get that all folded up
then you wanna get you some 13 by 19 frosted poly bags.
Use Ziploc so your customers have easier access.
