Tatsumaki does not look like a kid.
Case closed. Yeah,
I’m not gonna lie, I can’t agree with that 100%.
Me personally is fifty fifty.
It all really depends on how Mirage feels like drawing Tatsumaki
at the moment, which oftentimes in a manga and also depicted in anime,
is kind of young.
There’s also the point because Fukuyama looks like the oldest,
but she’s technically younger.
It also doesn’t help
that almost all the characters pick on her about looking like a kid.
Not gonna lie, those calling her a sassy lost child is crazy work.
That Tommy is a dickhead, but yeah,
you can’t look at this panel and tell me that looks like a grown woman.
It’s intentionally drawn this way too,
to just kind of, I guess,
play up more for kid like qualities.
And once you understand her backstory
and everything that she’s went through physically,
then it makes more sense. But
it’s also clear that he’s very capable of drawing her looking older,
like right here. She does not look like a little kid.
She looks short and small,
but not necessarily really young like she does in the other panels.
And that’s why I say it just really all depends.
But because of the lowly nature of manga and anime,
people are really high alert about this.
I didn’t realize how bad it was
until I started branching out and seeing more manga and anime,
and the first time it hit me like A truck was the seven Deadly sins.
When I see this relationship between bond and Elaine,
that had my brain just malfunctioning.
Granted, understand,
she’s a fairy, and she’s like a thousand something years old. Dog,
this. This right here,
this is what y’all really talking about.
