A lot of people are making fun of me and my dances lately,
and I just gotta tell you,
I’m out here getting exercise,
having a good time, spreading my love.
I am in my own fucking front yard.
It isn’t a political statement.
It isn’t anything. It’s just dancing.
It’s just fun. We’re having fun.
And when you try to take that fun away,
you’re not just hurting me,
you’re hurting anybody. You’re hurting everybody.
You’re hurting the love I spread.
You’re hurting so many things.
Don’t try to take away someone else’s sunshine,
especially if you don’t understand it.
Try to understand it. Try to feel that light.
And if you can’t, just move on.
Just say, I just don’t get it.
And smile and live your own life.
Because we’re just out here having fun.
