I went to Pilates today and I’m feeling very smashed and very skinny. So we’re gonna be skinnier and make chickpee brownie. Is this is I gonna need, I know it’s backwards, but I’ll insert it for that. Also, I know everyone and their moms has already made this, so just bear with me. Anyway, I think that everyone is lying. I feel like these won’t be that good. And I feel like everyone’s just being delusion and be like, oh yeah, like it’s so good. I love it. But we’re gonna actually see and I’m gonna give you the real results. One can of chickpeas also, no one ever gives you the amounts. I feel.
I think Hailey did, but besides that, no one else really does. They just kind of add stuff and then make sure that you like guesstimate your way there. Okay, and then we’re gonna add a cup of maple syrup, which is kind of yummy, but I got sugar free, so I feel like that’s also scary. Yes, I just kind of eyeballed the vanilla. So if it’s too much, like that’s totally okay, guys. It’s time to blend. So in Haley’s video, they did not add cocoa powder, but for me, I feel like having it look like a brownie is important. So I’m gonna add some if there’s some in the pantry. If there’s not, we’ll see. Okay, it says 1/3 cup of cocoa powder, which tbh seems like a lot. So I’m taking my half cup cuz I’m lazy and I don’t want to clean a lot of measuring cups and I’m just gonna kind of fill it like a little bit half like kind of like halfway edge, you know, I’m studying for my Gmail right now and I’ve just been learning a lot about like different types of fractions and por proportions. So like that should be good enough. We’re just gonna, you know, I call that a day and hopefully my GMAT quant practice has been hanging off. So don’t do what I do or do. If this works out and it works, then please follow my message. I also think that this is probably going to make it a little bit dry. And I read somewhere online that if you add a little bit of oil, so coconut or avocado oil, that will balance the dryness and make it not as like protein powdery, which I know Haley talked about in her video. So that is what I’m planning on doing. I also might add protein powder for like sheets and eggs. Okay, I have some vanilla like whey protein counter. I’m just gonna do like a little half scoop cuz I don’t wanna like it up to too bad. And then I’m gonna do a little bit of avocado oil. Should I do coconut oil? I’m just gonna do avocado oil. I feel like that will be fine. What should be like grassy. Okay, so did a little bit of that like, I don’t know how much I added. Watch these turn out awfully are really bad, but I just want them to be edible personally. Should be fine. I’m also gonna add chocolate chips. Okay, right now I’m taking a whiff of it and it smells exactly like brownie. It smells so good. It smells like one of those Betty Crocker, like I made it and I cop and put it in the microwave type brownies. So Loki already like, can I wanna try it?
Honestly, it works. It’s not too sweet to make me feel like I’m eating a brownie Browning, but it also isn’t not a brownie. So I kind of also hold up before you do any of this, you’re gonna wanna preheat your oven to 375, which I clearly forgot to do. I have this weird oven that like twists this thing. I don’t even know. It’s very odd.
The preheating oven. So yeah, put it all and the 10, it looks so fire. I’m, I don’t know whether I should press these down. I think I’m just gonna press them in a little at like, can chocolate chips burn? I’m confused. Okay, so 10 is ready to go.
I think one of the reasons why I’m just so surprised is that this literally does not taste bad. Just having raw. I think I’m dairy and gluten intolerant. So I really, I like don’t eat sweets often. I don’t have brownies. So this discovery is quite honestly crazy.
So purely for this, for the batter portion, if you put it in the fridge, I would totally recommend this would be so yummy. I support this. Like I already scan it and I haven’t even had the like final product smells and looks so good. I think next time I am gonna like marble the Coco just so it looks a little nicer. But like so excited I’m I have my mom here with me and she’s gonna help me taste test. So here you go. And I found that little piece she just said that they smoke in. So that’s good. They’re good. Try it. New street tree. And it tastes like a brownie. Is that crazy? The kind of fan.
So I could have probably made more batter, but I think that it works with the cook timing. I just used one can. Just one can. So amazing. So good, so healthy. This is approves by me.
