Cooking Adventures at Shelley’s Shore House: A Greek Shrimp and Pasta Delight

Hi. So Shelley at the shore, down to shore house. I don’t have a crowd of people. I’m just cooking from my niece and I tonight and it’s kind of nice, but it’s also hard for me. I, it’s easier for me to cook for 50 people than two. But so today I’m gonna make sure like a Greek shrimp and pasta dish in this pan. I’m putting some butter and some olive oil. Over here. I have some great tomatoes. I come up. I have two cloves of garlic, some Columbia Ollas, shallot and fresh basil. I have some chicken broth. I have some white wine, some spinach, and I’m gonna use fetch cheese. I’ll show you that in a minute. All right, kind of. So I’ll take that up a little bit.

Now I’m gonna throw the tomatoes in. These are great tomatoes that I just cut in half. And I’m gonna get these a little blister reason. I’m going to add a little bit of the white wine. So let me show. I need salt. Fetch it on fish or salt. Here, delight. Do I have it? I gotta go on the ball and get this pantry curious. Get this pantry stocked up like my house. Yeah, see, I mean, I’m taking you to have my salt in a little container. I’m not gonna be able to do this. All right. Okay. All right.

I’m gonna add a little bit of wine and reduce that down. And then I have the shrink d veined it and took the tails off. You know what? I’m gonna add a little bit of the saline and juice. Now choose one lemon. You know, I’m making this up as I go along. So someone says, what’s your recipe? I don’t know until the minute I shove it in. I’m gonna need pepper for that too, I think. Alright, I’m gonna add a little bit of the chicken broth and I’m going to add now this finish.

Yeah, lower. Then I’m from the strength end, I’m gonna make my niece a little bit of garlic toast. This is like a quick garlic bread. I put olive oil, I’m putting some garlic salt, and then I’m gonna just add some of the shredded Parmesan. That’s gonna make good quick, easy garlic. Right now. I’m just gonna throw the shrimp into this pretty soon. I’m nice. This is done. That cooked. You only have to cook that. So that’s pink. Francis, baby up. See, it’s a lot different not being in my regular.

Then I chopped up some caramela olives and thrown those in. I’m from and my basil in. And I have this leftover fed cheese we’re gonna use. Put that in there. It’s gonna make it nice and creamy. I like when you get feta cheese. I like to get like the authentic brick piece. Not this. Promise.

Alright, let’s stir this up then. I’m gonna be putting pasta in there shortly. This is sweet and good. We have this. All right. Now I’m adding the cost to this. I’m gonna add a little bit of that pasta water, that starch, and that pasta order cups. Put this all together. Listen, my unless in loss can’t cook for . But they are the most unbelievable cleaners and nicest people in the world. And they appreciate I’ve been the cook here forever. I cook. My sister in law is clean up. But they’re all busier. They’re not here. So it’s me and Caitlin. So luckily she’s got her mom’s jeans cuz she’s cleaning up. Alright, so you put this in. I’m gonna put a little better, the pasta water. You don’t have a ladle here. I gotta get on the ball. Let’s say that. That’s it. I’ll show them when it’s done. Now, look at that. Yep. Alright. We’re eating, Caitlyn and I, nice quiet night down here. Pasta. It’s hard to sell.

So lamb and this sort of bread dipped in the juice and that juice is good with the wine and the garlic and the butter and cool. Sure.
