Deciding to Transition: Embracing the Depth and Excitement of a New Game

Making a decision to quit your game
and go to a brand new game that just came out
is kind of a huge one, isn’t it?
Not deadlock not coming out for a while.
It probably isn’t, but the game has existed for a while.
A couple nights I did play
I had to restart multiple times cause like
they update the game multiple times at night.
I haven’t really felt happy in a while.
While streaming Valorant I started playing Dota
and when he started playing Power World
I knew. I knew it was the end.
Dude, we played Twitch Rivals and you could tell the passion was there.
We had a document on like what?
We were rushing what? We were gonna go first.
And I’m sitting there like all right,
pop open to work, boss,
I haven’t seen you like that in valorant in a long time.
A month ago I got invited to the private playtest of deadlock.
The more I play this game,
I realised that this kind of sums up everything I want in a game.
Endless depth, teach people to their craft and have fun with.
That was literally the first thing I noticed
was oh my god, the depth of this game is gonna be crazy.
You could probably spend years making content on just literally builds.
The game looks really freaking cool
and I could
wouldn’t be surprised if you see more creators make the switch.
