Creating Allergy-Friendly Cuticle Oils: A Guide to Custom Formulations for Sensitive Skin

So you’re allergic to most cuticle oils?
A lot of people are allergic to almond oil and coconut oil.
It’s one of the most common ingredients in the cuticle oil.
The two oils are super beneficial.
There’s a reason that they’re so common.
But if you put other really great ingredients in your cuticle oil,
you can totally substitute all those benefits.
By the second you started telling me that you wanted to use nail honey,
but you were allergic,
it was easy for me to fix that to one main difference.
You’ll see if you purchase nail honey without coconut oil
or without almond oil.
Side of my nail honey is Castor oil and argan oil,
which are very thick oils.
Coconut oil and almond oil really help thin those out,
make the absorption into your skin a lot faster.
So if you purchase my nail honey without those two ingredients,
you will see that it’s kind of a thicker formula
and maybe won’t absorb as fast.
It’s still just as great no matter what.
Jojoba always takes up more than 50% of my formula,
and then I have the argan,
the sunflower. Castor oil is so moisturizing.
All of those ingredients still have so many vitamins in them,
so many moisturizing properties.
There’s absolutely no reason that girlies with allergies
shouldn’t also have a really great cuticle oil.
