Air fryer pork katsu sandwiches are a favorite around here
for a quick dinner. I take pork chops,
then dredge in flour, egg,
then a bread crumb mixture,
air fry, flip,
then air fry again. I love using milk bread when I can find it,
and a good smear of kewpie.
Then tonkatsu sauce and some shredded green cabbage.
Such a perfect easy dinner.
