here are three things you can do.
The first thing, pause.
And while you’re pausing, the second thing you can do,
take a deep breath. So pause,
take a deep breath. Third thing you do, smile.
Put it all together. While you’re talking,
you’re like, oh my goodness,
I’m starting to feel emotional.
Oh, crap.
And then you continue with a slower rate of speech.
That’s the best recalibration that you can do.
