Unlocking the Power of Limited Sleep: A Decade of Four-Hour Nights

I think sleeping is a huge waste of time.
I only want as much sleep as I need to regulate my body.
Outside of that, why would you sleep?
If you’re doing interesting things with your life,
why would you want to sleep?
Monday through Friday, I sleep four hours a night.
Saturday, I bump it up to six.
Sunday, I try to sleep as much as I possibly can.
And I’m basically saying, body,
get as much as you humanly possibly can,
because this is the reset
as come Monday, I’m back to four hours,
and we’re gonna do that for the next five days in a row.
I’ve been doing this for about a decade. I’ve never felt tired.
