This is the best cheese dip I’ve ever made,
and I’m gonna bring it to every single event that I’m invited to
for the rest of my life. To start,
you need two blocks of cream cheese.
Then you need shredded cheddar cheese and shredded pepper Jack cheese,
and you need about a cup of that in the bowl as well.
Then you need the following spices.
I put about a teaspoon, a little under a teaspoon of each one in there.
Um, so you need ground cayenne pepper,
garlic, salt.
Um, then you need a little sprinkle of ground mustard in there,
uh, parsley flakes,
and then, um,
onion powder. And you’re gonna mix that all together like this.
And then once it comes out,
it’ll be pretty thick. And then get a little serving dish.
Look at my pretty one that I got.
Pretty vintage.
You’re gonna put it in there and then spread it out evenly.
And then you need this jelly.
It’s this sweet and hot pepper jelly.
You could also use jalapeno jelly on top of this.
And then you’re gonna spread this out evenly on the top,
and then it’ll start to look like this.
So it’s just, like a thin layer on top.
And then you need Ritz crackers or whatever your favorite crackers is,
honestly. But we ate, like,
multiple sleeves of crackers.
Um, don’t recommend if you’re on a diet. Diet.
