I don’t know if this is a lip oil or a lip gloss. It definitely feels like a lip oil. It’s like a lip cream, actually. And this is another lip combo that works with a lot of skin tones. You just have to embrace a darker lip if you are more fair, but if you are darker, medium, deep, dark, this is going to look really beautiful on you. It’s gonna blend beautifully with your colours.
