Natural and Smooth: A Full Face of Merit Beauty on Acne-Prone Skin Review

Let’s do a full face of merit beauty on my acne prone and textured skin. Their packaging is so luxe, doesn’t really have a smell to it, which I don’t like. I tried it merit beauty like way back when and my skin wasn’t at as textured back that either. So I’m curious how things will lay with this. I’m gonna let that sink into the skin for a little bit. This is the Brow 1980 Volumizing Pomade. This is in the shade cream seen a lot of people use like this. I’ll take the No. 1 brush from merit and blend. I’m just gonna swiftly top it out. Take some of this on a brush like so. Just gonna top it to give a nice uniform colour to the face. There’s a new bronzing stick on the market. This is supposed to be more of a sheer bronzer though for the natural girlies. It’s the bronze balm in the shade clay. The shade though looks really flattering so far. Let me take some directly to the brush like so. Helps to not move the makeup so much underneath. Let’s top it right here. Oh yeah, I definitely like this method more. I think if you’re gonna use this bronzer, apply it. If you do have foundation underneath, did lift some of the coverage there. So I’m gonna just go back in. Moving on to blush, my favorite part of my makeup. Well, blush and lips are my favorite products. So I’m gonna apply this straight to the cheek. I’m gonna take some of the blush. My eyelids here you wanna do a natural eye look use your blush and your bronzer. This will create that very cohesive look. Next part we have is the day glow highlighting balm. I have used this before and I will let you know right now not my favourite part from merit just because it shifts your makeup underneath. It’s so I do like taking this onto the brush rather than on my face unless I don’t have any makeup on because it is very very glowy and it has a very good slip to it so it will move your makeup underneath. I’m also gonna take this a bit on the lids. I grab some Elf Halo Glow powder tap it into my hand. I don’t want it to be too too matte and I’m gonna take the powder in the center of the face concentrating it under the eyes, my smile lines, my chin very very lengthening that. We take the lip liner from Sephora collection in the shade hot sauce. I gotta set it down. I’m gonna use Milani make it last. So here is the finished makeup look. I feel like the skin is looking so natural and smooth really really nice. None of my texture is emphasized. Let me show you what this looks like in different lighting. Here’s the makeup away from the ring light for some bathroom Lighting. Here is some natural a lighting.
