Five simple steps on how to change your life. Number one. Close them legs. I’m just gonna tell you how it is. You gotta lock in with your inner energy and stop giving that energy out. Because the minute you give the cookies away, now, somebody gonna say, oh, I gotta taste for something sweet. But you gotta conceive. Save that energy for them goals. Number two. Go on a walk. Every day. Yeah, I walk every day. I run slides. Walk every day a mile. I don’t try to be Usain Bolt. I just try to be myself. Ain’t nobody gonna be walking and running that fast. No.3. Find something to read every day. One page of something. I just read one page some days, and I just be like, man, that’s just perfectly fine. I’m just trying my best. No.4. Get your butt up and get a skincare routine. But I realized less is more. Do just three steps. Um, cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen. That’s all you need. You don’t need a hyaluronic, Bonic, Madonic, Adonic, kojic, acid. You just need to get your butt up. No.5. Get your workout routine. I don’t care if you got to look up a simple back, um, if you got to do a. A, um, simple 3 split where it’s just arms, legs, shoulders, back, whatever. You got to do something simple. But that’s how I’ve been improving my life every day. And look at how healthy I look.
