Real simple. First one. Just need a wall. All you’re gonna do. Elbows up against it, back far enough away. You’re just gonna lean in like that. Oh, number two, real easy. Arms behind the back. Head back. Lift your arms. Number three, just as easy. Elbows back far enough away. Relax down. Like that? Yeah.
